I'd like to be able to text dispatch the drivers, instead of e-mail. My drivers are smart, but their phones are not. Thanks Dr. D!!!!!

in the trucking dispatch screen under dispatch be able to assign two different Drivers/trucks to the same pro # for a DH (drop and Hook) instead of splitting it into mutiple pro#s it will be easier to connect the two drivers/trucks to the same pro# in the system

In shippers and receivers make a loading and unloading time range field (hours of operation) - have it default in the time range field when a shipper/receiver is selected

It would be nice to access load info and enter loads in from my phone.

It would be neat if the system allowed users to select from different standardized Rate Conf templates. Perhaps this could be set up as a Set Up Preference under the Rate Confirmation tab; user gets to select from different template designs.

It would be great if the driver trip sheet would include the drivers pay - whether the driver is mileage- or percentage- based pay. For companies that don't utilize on-board communication (like qualcomm) but have drivers with smart phones and laptops, this would be a convenient way for them to get all pertinent dispatch info alon with their pay for the trip (or leg). Keep up the good work guys!

I had to cancel a load to one of my carriers.I have to write "Canceled" by hand across the rate confirmation. I wish Dr. Dispatch had an option to do this.

Have a place to enter TWIC card information for the Driver Information

For carriers/brokers that dispatch trucks to and from Canada/Mexico, custom broker info has to be forwarded to carrier or the driver. I just saw how one other US based dispatch system does it.
Same way you guys have that arrow for Pick(P)/Drop(D)/Deadhead(DH)/Waypont(WPT) you could have custom Broker field (CB)?? that way it would show on confirmation and on driver sheet.
It wouldnt have to have address info as people only need broker name, phone, fax, and email.
I still think you guys are doing amazing job, keep up good work.

The Truck Status Report does not print the full Vin for all of the vehicles. It cuts the last VIN number off of most of our vehicles.
