Changed this to planned but to be clear - I have to work out the details first. Mobile apps will need a way into your data which could mean opening up a pathway to your server on the Internet OR we provide a service your computers communicate with to provide mobile data.

I need to know of companies who has an IT policy prohibiting DR Dispatch from sharing it's data over the Internet.

If you don't want to develop a "full" working iPhone or iPad app, perhaps the app can allow users to view their Orders/Customers/Carriers/Locations, and perhaps give the user the ability to print or email their orders and rate cons. I'm open minded to any type of Dr. Dispatch functionality within a mobile application setting.

Anything specific the app should do? Developing an ipad application to do everything DRD does would be a lot more work than say developing an iPad to communicate with your drivers or tender loads.
