Text Dispatch Drivers

I'd like to be able to text dispatch the drivers, instead of e-mail. My drivers are smart, but their phones are not. Thanks Dr. D!!!!!

        This can't be done for free - there will be a per use charge. If you all are ok with a few cents per message sent/received we CAN get this done in the coming months.
