email notifications..
From dispatch screen as we are marking loads dipatched, picked up etc once email notifications are turned on it sucks that we have to key in customers email every time insteaad of system recognizing and automaticaly copying email info from customers info.
I’ll look at this, you’re saying you add the customer’s email to the customer and you have to restart Dr Dispatch for the emailer to see the address?

yes Richard thats correct, it has to restart for email address to be shown....not a big deal though.

Disregard...it does automaticaly enter customers email. It just doesnt recoginize it if it was entered recently. DRD has to close and open again in order to recognize it...
